How to correct when your evisa is wrong information?

It's rare to get information wrong on evisa, but if it happens to you?

When you check out at the airport, you discovered on your evisa that some information did not match your passport, such as the wrong passport number or the wrong passport expiration date. Then you cannot flight and check in at Vietnam airport also with wrong information. 

Another case,  you have submitted your evisa application for many days and still have not received it. It means when you check it is processing.
